SHIPPING RATES
We are deliverying orders worldwide and the shipping charge is to be calculated based on the shipping carrier you may choose and your location. .
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPMENT METHOD & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders will be shipped by FedEx or DHL or TNT which takes around 5~10 days to arrive depending on your location.
* Expedited shipping is available with extra payment for expedited shipping. Please find the option when complete the order.
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur which is subject to shipping carriers.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES OR LOST
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and email kavaglass@gmail.com with clear pictures or videos for a claim of replacement or refund.
